The old version of Steampunk Torchwood that I drew was…shit, quite frankly, so I redid it in chibi style.

I will eventually draw more, as I find it a really cool and plausible (well, as logical as you can get in the Whoniverse) concept, since Torchwood was around in Victorian times.
